With LOTD, Kolkata our designers had a challenge of having a small floor plate with not more than 4000 sqft leaving a very tight space to spare for seating. But in addition, we had a great ceiling height expanding around 30 feet. Therefore, the design language of the space revolves around creating the space to visually look bigger without cutting short any space for the required services.
