Shadowplay 6 - Resort

A tall, elongated bull-headed figure looms upright, its narrow face and curved horns rising above a dark, rounded torso. Loose graphite hatching builds texture across the body, giving it a totemic, almost ceremonial presence. A faint grid pattern beneath the drawing suggests preparatory study work, in keeping with Picasso's mythological bull imagery. The strange verticality and mask-like face lend the figure an eerie, ritualistic quality.
