Bent Coins Coming Soon, Bent Chair's Customer Loyalty Program

Bent Coins is Bent Chair's loyalty program where customers can earn credits through points and redeem them later for discounts on their future purchases. The feature will be live on the website from 19th March onwards.

Initially, these are the things the program offers:

1. Sign up at Bent Chair and get credited with 500 Bent Points
2. Recommend your friends and family and you get 5 percent of the purchase value as points
3. If you've purchased a Bent Chair product you can write a review and get 100 Bent Points
4. Purchase an online exclusive product and earn 10 percent of the purchase value as points

Terms and Conditions

Bent Points T&C

1. One bent point will be equivalent to one Indian rupee
2. Bent Points are upto the customer's discretion on their usage
3. All credits will be valid for a limited period of time
4. Bent points breakdowns with their corresponding expiry date will be clearly mentioned on the user’s account
5. Bent points can only be valid on Bent chair products only
6. Bent points will only reflect after the order is successfully delivered
7. Sign up bent points will reflect after successful registration on the website
8. All reviews for the products will be reviewed for moderation
